Comments Off on $5 NM Mustangs Hockey Game & Taste of Rio Rancho Food
Taste of Rio Rancho plus a New Mexico Mustangs hockey game sounds like a mighty fine way to spend $5!
Tickets for Taste of Rio Rancho followed by a Mustangs game on January 21 at the Santa Ana Star Center are just $5. For that you get free food samples from Rio Rancho restaurants including Venezia’s Pizzeria, Dion’s Pizza, Dairy Queen, Pizza 9, Tao’s Chinese Bistro, Turtle Mountain Brewery, and quite a few more – 16 restaurants in total. They’re promising El Mezquite Market’s mini tacos too!

Alamosa Community Center in southwest Albuquerque offers free basketball for teens age 13 and up every afternoon. They can blow off some steam and improve their cardiovascular fitness (but don’t tell them that part or they won’t want to go!). Plus, the community center is a safe, supervised environment.
