If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to ABQ on the Cheap's RSS feed or email digests. Thanks for visiting!

Two fashion deals at Nob Hill Boutiques, in v-e-r-y limited quantities!

I love both these boutiques, and in fact just wrote about Toad Road in an  Albuquerque fashion feature for the November issue of Local Flavor magazine.

So here’s the deal, or actually two half-price deals:

Both offers are via Urban Swipe, and both are in very limited quantities. Only a maximum of twenty deals are available per boutique, and some have already sold.

I’d normally hesitate to mention a deal with such limited availability, but they are such great fashion stores, and I’ve been watching the deals for a couple of days, in case they sold out at once. As they haven’t, I’m trusting that there will still be enough left for ABQ on the Cheap subscribers if you’re fast on the buzzer!

I haven’t purchased through Urban Swipe so haven’t been through the whole sign-up process, but they seem like good people with a mission to support locally-owned Albuquerque businesses. And we especially like that when it means fab fashion discounts! As usual I’d just suggest checking all offer details to make sure it’s a good deal for you.

Custom Jeans 45% Off + Extra 15% Discount New Customers

Get 45% off custom jeans by IndiDenim at $85, plus new customers get an extra 15% off with the coupon code: SEPT15

IndiDenim lets you enter your own measurements and choose a style, color/wash, and fit for custom-made jeans. The usual price is $155, but that’s discounted to $85, including free shipping in this national deal from Mamasource by Mamapedia. What’s more, customers making any first Mamasource purchase up to $100 get an extra 15% off  with the code: SEPT15

That brings the price of the jeans down to $72.25.

If you get a page requesting your email address, and you don’t want to give it, you can bypass that by clicking that you’re already a subscriber (although it’s easy to unsubscribe later).

The IndiDenim deal is good for both men’s and women’s jeans and is available to buy today September 6 for five days, although I’m not clear exactly what time it ends or if there’s a quantity cap, so it might be better to buy sooner than later as it’s a national deal and sometimes they sell out.  Then you’ve got a year to order your jeans online.

The coupon code SEPT15 is good for any new customer purchase at Mamasource by Mamapedia through the month of September 2011, on purchases up to $100.

I hate buying jeans and rather than tug them on in a changing room (and end up rolling around on the floor like I’m wrestling an alligator) the idea of uploading my measurements and desired style and wash seems rather tempting.  And I do love free shipping!

–Tania.  FYI - I’ve given you my Mamapedia affiliate links.  If you’re interested in the deal, please use the links to send a little love this way and help support ABQ on the Cheap (it doesn’t cost you anything). Thanks!

JCPenney $25 for $50 Worth Online

August 9, 2011 by
Filed under Half Off Deals, Shopping

UPDATE: Sorry if you missed it. This deal is all sold out.

Pay $25 for $50 worth of JCPenney merchandise in online shopping. This deal is not available in stores, you have to redeem the voucher at the jcp.com website. Quantities are limited.

The 50% off deal to get $25 for $50 worth of JCPenney merchandise launches today, Tuesday August 9, 2011, and it’s a national Plum District deal, which means it may well sell out fast as they only have a limited number available. Once you’ve scored the certificate, it’s valid to redeem at jcp.com through January 31, 2012.

If you get a page asking for your email, click “already subscribed” in the bottom left corner if you don’t want to give your email and just want to see the JCPenney deal!  (Although if you do give your email it’s easy to unsubscribe later.)

This is very nice timing for any remaining back to school shopping on kids’ clothes, school uniforms, or backpacks, and it’s good on any brands. But it’s also valid to spend on women’s or men’s apparel, accessories, home furnishings and anything else you fancy at jcp.com.

Fine print on the $25 for $50 of JCPenney merchandise deal says the full value of the voucher must be spent in one transaction at jcp.com (NOT at JCPenney stores), and it doesn’t apply to taxes or shipping. There’s a limit of one voucher per person, although you can also buy one extra voucher as a gift. And it can’t be used in combo with any other promotion or offer.

The offer is scheduled to be on sale until Thursday August 11, as long as their limited quantities last.  But it’s expected to sell out quicker, so if you’re interested, secure it soon! The voucher can then be redeemed between the dates of August 12, 2011, and January 31, 2012.

I have a birthday coming up – well, it’s a way aways yet, but what the heck. I’ll tell Mr Cheap to get me the deal anyway, then I’ll do a little online shopping nearer my birthday to be sure I get at least one gift that I like (heh!).

–Tania. FYI I’ve given you my Plum District affiliate links.  If you plan to take advantage of this deal and feel like sending a little love this way to support the ABQ on the Cheap site (it doesn’t cost you any extra), please use the links.
