Two Aéropostale deals: one in store only, the other for online shopping.

Get $10 off Aéropostale clothing when you spend $50 until August 31, 2011.  The $10 off coupon is valid in-store only at Coronado Center. But if you’re planning to drop in to Aéropostale to shop for women’s or men’s casual clothes or jeans, that gives you a 20% saving on a $50 purchase.

Here’s where to get your Aéropostale $10 off coupon. The wording is that it’s only valid at GGP locations, which in Albuquerque means only the Coronado Center store.

It’s valid till August 31, 2011, on purchases of $50 or more, but you can’t use it in the P.S. from Aéropostale stores for kids clothes – this promotion  is only for clothing for grown up guys and gals! You can’t use it for gift cards, sorry, or with any other discount offer.

It’s also not good for purchases of more than 50 items in a single day. G-u-l-p. If we could afford to buy 50 items in a day, we probably wouldn’t need a $10 off Aéropostale coupon to begin with, would we?

UPDATE: An Aéropostale Friends and Family 30% Off coupon has now been published on their Facebook page, valid in stores, as well as online with the promo code we already told you about below! You don’t need a Facebook account to print the coupon.  

If you prefer to shop ONLINE, as part of Aeropostale’s Friends and Family event, you can get 30% off online shopping at Aéropostale.com from August 11 – 14 using the promo code at checkout: FRIENDAERO

The promo code can’t be used in combo with other discount offers, and I believe that means it’s not valid on markdowns or clearance items either.  It’s also isn’t valid for gift cards or for bulk orders – which again is defined as orders of over 50 items in any single day. Ha! I wish.

The promo code can be used until 11:59 pm Eastern time or 9:59 pm Mountain Time on Sunday August 14, 2011.

Neither of these discount offers may be be used by Aéropostale employees.

JCPenney $25 for $50 Worth Online

Pay $25 for $50 worth of JCPenney merchandise in online shopping. This deal is not available in stores, you have to redeem the voucher at the jcp.com website. Quantities are limited.

The 50% off deal to get $25 for $50 worth of JCPenney merchandise launches today, Tuesday August 9, 2011, and it’s a national Plum District deal, which means it may well sell out fast as they only have a limited number available. Once you’ve scored the certificate, it’s valid to redeem at jcp.com through January 31, 2012.

If you get a page asking for your email, click “already subscribed” in the bottom left corner if you don’t want to give your email and just want to see the JCPenney deal!  (Although if you do give your email it’s easy to unsubscribe later.)

This is very nice timing for any remaining back to school shopping on kids’ clothes, school uniforms, or backpacks, and it’s good on any brands. But it’s also valid to spend on women’s or men’s apparel, accessories, home furnishings and anything else you fancy at jcp.com.

Fine print on the $25 for $50 of JCPenney merchandise deal says the full value of the voucher must be spent in one transaction at jcp.com (NOT at JCPenney stores), and it doesn’t apply to taxes or shipping. There’s a limit of one voucher per person, although you can also buy one extra voucher as a gift. And it can’t be used in combo with any other promotion or offer.

The offer is scheduled to be on sale until Thursday August 11, as long as their limited quantities last.  But it’s expected to sell out quicker, so if you’re interested, secure it soon! The voucher can then be redeemed between the dates of August 12, 2011, and January 31, 2012.

I have a birthday coming up – well, it’s a way aways yet, but what the heck. I’ll tell Mr Cheap to get me the deal anyway, then I’ll do a little online shopping nearer my birthday to be sure I get at least one gift that I like (heh!).

It’s Gap Friends and Family weekend, with 30% off in Gap stores or online at Gap.com.  Shoppers who pay with a Gap, Banana Republic, or Old Navy Credit card snag 35% off.

The discount is good for your total purchase (stock up!) through Sunday August 7, 2011.  You need the printable coupon or the coupon code.

If you’re shopping in stores, either:

• Get the printable coupon for Gap Friends and Family (it’s on their Facebook page, but visible to all. There’s no need to be signed in to Facebook or a Facebook member.) Right click and select Print Picture.
• Or print the Gap coupon courtesy of Coronado Center.

For online shopping at Gap.com:

• Enter the coupon codes 30OFF at checkout
• Enter the coupon code 35OFF at checkout if you’re paying with your Gap, Banana Republic, or Old Navy Credit card.

There’s a slew of fine print on the coupons, but nothing we see that’s too troublesome, just a few exclusions on certain brands of merchandise.  Eg. it’s not valid in stores for either Junk Food or Charm It merchandise, and not valid for online shopping of Junk Food, Keds, Baby Sleepwear and a few others.

The Gap Friends and Family discount is valid until Sunday August 7, 2011.

Let It Go: 30% Off Gap

This shopping deal is perfect for those of us still tackling the spring cleaning.  If you’re clearing out your closets, you can save at Gap stores with the Gap and Goodwill promo in support of the Donate Movement…

Take your used clothing to any Gap store during the Gap and Goodwill Let It Go promo to May 29, 2011, and they’ll donate the clothes to Goodwill on your behalf and give you 30% off your entire Gap purchase. The discount is not just on regularly priced clothes, but includes sale items too.

The discount increases to 35% if you use a Gap, Banana Republic or Old Navy credit card, according to Gap’s Facebook page on the Let it Go deal.

The offer applies at all Gap stores, GapKids, babyGap, and GapBody stores. It’s not valid for online sales (even the whizziest computer whizz would have a tricky time figuring out how to upload clothing donations to the interwebs) and it’s not valid at Gap Outlet or Factory Stores either. Otherwise… have at it!

But remember the Gap Let it Go offer ends on May 29. So start sorting out the closets to do someone else a good turn, and do yourself a favor too - saving dollars!

Old Navy 50% Off Coupon

Thanks to the Oprah Show, you can get a coupon to save 50% at Old Navy – but you have to download it fast. Friday the 13th will be lucky for some…

This promotion is apparently a follow-up to the final Makeover Extravaganza of Oprah’s audience by Old Navy… and now they’re sharing the love!  Get the Oprah Show Old Navy coupon for 50% off any single item, but you’ve only got until Friday May 13, 2011, at 10 pm Mountain Time (11 pm Central) to download it. Then the coupon is valid for use from May 13 to May 15, 2011.

The coupon is good for one regular priced item at Old Navy stores only, you can’t redeem it online. It’s not valid on Old Navy gift cards and the half price coupon can’t be combined with other offers or discounts.

So quick sharp, download the printable Old Navy coupon by 10 pm Mountain Time on Friday May 13.

Thrift Town 30% Off Clothing Sale

A Thrift Town sale to score big savings on new-to-you clothes.

The April Fools’ Day Thrift Town sale gives 30% off all clothing on Friday April 1, 2011. (And I promise that’s not an April Fools’ joke.)
