• Free fries at Jack in the Box today, Friday April 16 only – try one free small portion of their new fries on the giveaway day they’re calling Free Fryday
• Free beer tasting Friday April 16 and  23 , at Whole Foods Market Indian School Plaza store, between 4:30 and 6 pm. A free wine tasting is on Saturday April 17 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Whole Foods Indian Plaza is at 2103 Carlisle Blvd. NE.
• Get a Free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich on Saturday to celebrate the one year anniversary of Chick-fil-A at Paseo Del Norte! They clucked in our ear that you get the freebie if you go in on anniversary day Saturday April 17 and say “Happy Anniversary!” (Party on Chick-fil-A! May the next year be a good one!) Find ‘em at 8110 San Pedro Drive N.E.
• Kids eat free at IHOP every day in April - from 4 to 10 pm only. Receive one free kid’s meal with the purchase of each adult entree.
• Kids now eat free on Monday nights from 4pm to close at Jason’s Deli Cottonwood – limit 2 kids per adult – according to @JasonsDeliABQ on Twitter
• Date Night Package by Tours of Old Town on Saturdays April 17 and 24 includes dinner for two at Church Street Cafe, a ghost tour, truffles from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, coffees and pastries from Rolling in Dough, a couples’ psychic angel reading, discount coupons from Old Town merchants, and two NM Tourism Department Enchantment Cards – all for $99.95 per couple on a package valued at $140. • Get a T.G.I. Friday three course meal of starter, entree, and dessert for just $12.99, dine-in only.
• Denny’s $2 $4 $6 $8 Value Menu includes $2 Biscuit & Gravy with Hash Browns or an Egg, $2 Pancake Puppies Sundae, $4 All You Can Eat Pancakes, $4 Three Cheese Melt with Soup or Garden Salad, $4 Buffalo Chicken Wraps, $6 Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich… erm, you get the picture. It’s all day every day.
• Boston Market Restaurants buy one get one free – this Last Minute Tax break coupon gets you a free plate with the purchase of a plate from through April 18. Not valid with other offers such as $5/$5.99/$2.99 meal deals.
• Free drink coupon gets you a medium drink at Wienerschnitzel with the purchase of a Big 100% Angus Beef Dog – valid through May 29, 2010. Find Albuquerque Wienerschnitzel restaurants.
• Coupon for a free medium Pepsi when you buy a KFC Double Down Sandwich – valid till April 26, 2010. (Thanks to Ron!)
• Quiznos coupons valid till April 18  for:

Free Beer and Wine Tastings

What’s better than enjoying the fine New Mexico sunsets while sipping a glass of wine or enjoying cold beer?

If you’re stuck in a rut when it comes to imbibing, Whole Foods Market is here to rescue you. They offer FREE wine and beer tastings every Friday from 4:00 – 6:00pm and every Saturday from 2:00 – 4:00pm at the Academy store. The Indian School store will offer beer tastings on Friday, May 15 and 29, from 4:30 – 6:00pm, and wine tastings on Saturday, May 16 and 23, from 4:30 – 6:00pm.

Not to be outdone, Sunflower Farmers Market also offers free wine and beer samplings. This month, the Lomas location is offering free beer tasting on Tuesday, May 27, from 4:00 – 7:00pm.

Updated 5/14/09: Thanks to “K” in the comments for noting that Jubilation Wine & Spirits, 3512 Lomas Blvd NE, usually has free wine tastings on Saturdays from 2:00 – 4:00pm.

Whole Foods Market on Academy is located in the northeast heights at 5815 Wyoming Blvd NE.
