Free Whataburger on August 3 from 5 pm to 8 pm when you wear orange! It’s their 60th birthday and they’re giving away a free Whataburger – but you must wear ORANGE to claim your freebie! Here are the Albuquerque Whataburger locations.

$5 off Fox & Hound Sports Bar – on any dine-in food purchase of $15. Coupon is valid to August 31, 2010.

Click the coupons you want and print out on one sheet – very simple. Once printed, they’re valid to October 31 – not sure how long they’ll be available online though.

50% off YoYo Bliss, the frozen yogurt mavens in ABQ Uptown, thanks to Good Day New Mexico’s Half Price Thursday. Food deals for the coming week: Baskin-Robbins 31 cent scoops, Buy One Burrito Get One Free, Zinc’s good value Beer Dinner, $3 off KFC, $1 off Carl’s Junior, Landry’s Seafood House deal menu, $7 Power Lunch, and more in this week’s foodie roundup.

• It’s 31 cent scoop night at Baskin-Robbins on Wednesday April 28 from 5 to 10 pm – you can get ice cream scoops for just 31 cents, with a limit of three 2.5 oz scoops per person, while supplies last at participating stores. This promo is in honor of America’s Firefighters: The Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation is donating $100,000 to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. A double YAY to Baskin-Robbins! • Zinc Wine Bar’s Beer Dinner at 5:30 pm on April 24 costs $39, which seems a good deal for a reception with hors d’ouevres – or nibbles as we posh people call ‘em – followed by a four course dinner menu including jerked chicken, Flatiron Steak Sandwich, and Chocolate Raspberry Bavarian Cream Torte, all paired with brews from Colorado’s Ska Brewing. You need to make a reservation, and the $39 food and brew menu doesn’t include tax or tips.
• Buy One Burrito Get One Free at Mondo’s Baja Mexican with this BOGO coupon (via Valpak). Mondo’s Baja Mexican is located near Lovelace Westside Hospital.
• $3 off a 12 piece KFC meal – find Kentucky Fried Chicken coupons by entering your zip code for deals near you – for example, for the San Mateo Blvd. KFC, coupons include
  $3 off a 12 piece KFC meal, expiring April 30, 2010.
• Slate Street Cafe’s wine tasting in their chic wine loft on Thursday April 29 at 5 to 7:30 pm features wines from the Pacific Northwest – get three “generous tastes” of the featured wines plus appetizer for $18. I like Slate Street Cafe’s food but haven’t been to any of their wine tastings yet – I’d love to know if YOU have been and think this is a good value experience for 18 bucks. Just in time for kissy day, we’re sharing the love on Valentine specials and freebies, plus ongoing deals and coupons, from Applebee’s, Dominos, Buca di Beppo, Quiznos, Whataburger, and Village Inn.

Couples get a free Patty Melt Whatameal with fries and drink at Whataburger on February 14 between 5 and 10 pm. Purchase one Patty Melt Whatameal to qualify for the freebie for your date! Dine-in only at  Whataburger locations.

Domino’s customers who order online on February 14 receive a free 2-piece order of Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes with the promo code HUG. Valid with an online purchase, for delivery, at participating stores while supplies last. Enter coupon code “HUG” into the coupon code field.

Buca di Beppo: 
-  A free chocolate covered strawberry when you dine-in on February 14. No coupon needed, one strawberry per person, while supplies last. I’d make reservations.

Village Inn – Get a coupon for a free slice of pie when you send a Valentine’s Day email or post a message to your sweetie’s Facebook page, using Village Inn’s online V-Day card making doohickey.
At the same link, you’ll also find a coupon for a buy one get one free slice of pie, expiring February 19.

Appelebee’s 2 for $20 deal (make it a date night) serves up one appetizer and two entrees for a flat $20.

Quiznos coupons give :
- A free sub when you buy a sub of equal or greater value and a regular fountain drink
- $1 off any Choose 2 Combo
Coupons are valid till February 21 at participating resaurants. One coupon per person, no delivery orders, and you can’t use with any other offer.

Here’s a new, ongoing promotion from Village Inn: get a free slice of fruit pie with any purchase (by which we’re pretty sure they mean “regular entrée”). No coupon required! How easy is that?

It’s called Pie Rush Wednesday, and it’s happening every Wednesday in 2009 until further notice, so mark your calendar!

Be sure to read the fine print on the offer. For example, it’s good on dine-in only, and it only includes double-crust fruit pies. Valid at participating locations only, which looks to be all Village Inn restaurants in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, and Farmington.
