Comments Off on Papa Johns Super Bowl Free Pizza & Pizza Discount

Papa John’s is the Official Pizza Sponsor of Super Bowl XLVII, and they’ve come up with a super Super Bowl promotion for Papa John’s pizza lovers.  Get your crystal ball out and vote for which way you think the coin toss will land for the game on Sunday February 3, and everyone who calls it right gets a free large one-topping pizza.  Even if you don’t call it right, you receive a special offer.

To have a chance at the Papa John’s free pizza you have to vote at the link for heads or tails, and provide some contact information, through Saturday February 2, 2013.  Just for participating in the “Coin Toss Experience”  they’ll send a pizza offer with the email confirming your vote. According to the promo email I received, that thank you offer is 35% off any large pizza.

Then sit back and watch the Super Bowl. Voters who guess the coin toss right will be sent a promo code the day after Super Bowl Sunday (February 4 by midnight) for a free large one-topping pizza, to be redeemed at papajohns.com by March 10 2013.

Even the voters who don’t guess the coin toss correctly will receive a special pizza offer, according to the Papa John’s Coin Toss Experience promo FAQs, also on February 4 and valid for the same period.

Kinda can’t lose whichever way you think the coin will land!

Papa John’s $10 Pizza & Maybe A Free Super Bowl Pizza

Comments Off on Papa John’s $10 Pizza & Maybe A Free Super Bowl Pizza

Papa John’s is the Official Pizza Sponsor of the NFL and Super Bowl XLV, and they’ve come up with two Super Bowl promotions for Papa John’s fans.

First, they’re offering large pizzas for $10 for up to seven toppings or specialty pizzas. It’s a time-limited offer and although they don’t give an expiry date at their website, we believe this runs through Sunday February 6.

Second, everyone registered for Papa John’s online customer loyalty program, Papa Points, will get a FREE large pizza if Super Bowl XLV on Sunday February 6 goes into overtime. They’re saying it’ll be a free Papa John’s pizza for everyone in America, which sounds a bit ambitious to me, because not everyone will sign up – only those in the know!

To be eligible for a free pizza if Super Bowl XLV goes into overtime, register for at Papa John’s website for their online customer loyalty program, Papa Points, before 11:59 pm ET (that’s 9:59 pm Mountain Time) on Saturday, February 5, 2011.

Don’t get confused like I did and just sign up for the email newsletter. You need to register for the actual Papa Points rewards program at this link.

If the game goes into overtime, everyone signed up for the program will be awarded 25 Papa Points on Monday, February 7 – that’s enough points to score a large three-topping pizza. Customers will be able to redeem the 25 Papa Points for the free pizza through June 30, 2011.

If you’re already registered in the Rewards Program, you’ll be automatically entered for the free pizza points and don’t need to re-register.  The offer is for over-18s only.

Papa John’s Super Bowl website has more info and all the rules on both promotions, plus a rather amusing little referree running about.

Thanks to Teresa at Florida on the Cheap for the tip!

Friday Food Freebies and Deals for 7/24/09

July 24, 2009 by
Filed under Freebies, Half Off Deals, Restaurants & Bars

Wow! We are jam-packed with dining deals for you this week, so let’s get right to them!

  • BOGO beverages: ABQ’s very own Napoli Coffee sent us this deal. Every day between noon and 2:00pm, buy any drink to get one of equal or lesser value FREE! Excludes ice cream drinks. Plus, they’ve got free live music every Sunday at noon. What  more could you ask for? OK, OK — they’ll throw in free wi-fi, too. Napoli Coffee is located at 2839 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque.
  • Free pizza: Via our friends at New Mexico MarketPlace, use this coupon for a free 12″ cheese pizza from Mimmo’s Ristorante & Pizzeria! Just buy one large, 3-item pizza and redeem the coupon for a free cheese pizza. Easy, cheesy! Valid on take-out only, through 8/1/09. Mimmo’s is located at 3301 Coors Rd NW, Albuquerque. Phone 831-4191.
  • $1 sub sandwich: Quiznos thinks today’s workers don’t have enough perks on the job, so they’re offering one of their own. Buy any size Classic Italian, Turkey Ranch & Swiss, Mesquite Chicken, or Traditional sub — in any size — and get an identical (size and recipe) sub for $1. It’s called the Toasty Toasty promotion, and it’s good “for a limited time.” Quiznos has 22 stores throughout New Mexico, including 13 in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, and Bernalillo.
  • $2 milkshake: This deal’s simple enough: buy a burger (or a veggie burger), get a shake for $2. If that’s not great enough, it’s at Flying Star. ‘Nuff said. Here’s a coupon for the Bernalillo location, or print this coupon good at any location. Nine locations, including one in Santa Fe, to serve you.
  • $5.99 lunch: Applebee’s is resurrecting the classic soup-n-salad combo as part of its “Pick’N Pair” lunch  menu. Choose two items from select soups, salads, and sandwiches to create your own combo. There’s also a pasta option. Total price: $5.99. Available Monday – Friday until 3:00pm. Eight Applebee’s locations around Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
  • 99¢ Chillers: If you’re willing to give Sonic your e-mail address, they’re willing to send you a coupon good for a 99¢ Chiller. For those not in the know, a “Chiller ” is classic or flavored limeade blended with vanilla ice cream. Oh, yeah. One coupon per e-mail address. Chillers not included in Sonic’s vaunted Happy Hour. By the way, Sonic also is offering a free Route 44 upgrade for any numbered combo meal order. Just so’s ya know.
  • $2 cold beverage: Props to loyal fan Barb for tipping us to this! Stay cool this summer by taking advantage of the StarbucksTreat Receipt” promotion. Make a Starbucks purchase before 2:00pm any day and then return the same day after 2:00pm with your receipt to get a grande sized cold drink for just $2! Personally, we like the hand-shaken black iced tea, but that’s just us. Participating locations only. We understand the baristas are pretty good about clueing you in to this promotion. Valid through 9/30/09. Ten Starbucks locations in the Albuquerque area.
  • Free entrée salad: Salad lovers, rejoice! Denny’s is offering this promotion: buy any entrée plus two beverages and get a free entrée salad! Choose from Cranberry Pecan Chicken, Baja Chicken, and Prime Rib & Bleu. Enjoy. Valid through 8/9/09. Seven Denny’s restaurants in Albuquerque.
  • Free appetizer or $5 off: Invite friends to party at T.G.I. Friday’s and score a free Jack Daniels® Sampler Platter appetizer! You do have to fork over your e-mail address and that of your friend(s), and there’s no privacy policy explanation on the party site, so proceed at your own risk. On the plus side, you can schedule parties as often as you like and get a free appetizer each time! Or, if you’re more of a privacy freak, you can simply print this coupon for $5 off each additional entrée for every friend you bring to dine with you. The coupon’s good for up to 10 people (!), so party on, dudes. Valid at participating locations through 8/31/09. These offers are not combinable, wise guy. There’s just one T.G.I. Friday’s location in Albuquerque, and it’s over by Cottonwood Mall.

Well, that’s it for this week. Have a great weekend!
