The price has dropped from $40 per book to $15 and the Albuquerque / Santa Fe Entertainment Book contains $11,800 worth of coupons for local restaurant, attractions, and entertainment, plus a bonus card worth up to $30 of discounts at TGI Friday’s, The Cooperage, Black Angus Steakhouse, Scarpa’s Brick Oven Pizza, etc. The Albuquerque / Santa Fe Entertainment Book with 2-for-1 coupons, discounts and some freebies, includes Scalo, Vivace, Brasserie La Provence, Artichoke Cafe, Fuddruckers, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Cazuela’s Mexican Grill, Golden Pride, Uptown Sports Bar & Grill, Gardunos… and many more.

Albuquerque The Magazine Coupon Book I just got my Food and Wine May issue of Albuquerque The Magazine, with their annual restaurant coupons for 25% off Tim’s Place, 20% off Asian Noodle Bar, and BOGO 50% off at Chow’s Asian Bistro, Coolwater Fusion, Glazed Hams & More, Serafin’s Chile Hut, The Cube BBQ, as well as a bunch of free food with purchase and other deals.
Most coupons are valid through April 2012, and I always use at least half the coupons over the year. So even though I was sorry to see the April Facebook issue of ATM go off the shelves (did you see my feature on The Like Button? I had such a great time interviewing local businesses for that) at least it was replaced by an issue that saves me money!
Häagen-Dazs Free Cone Day on May 10 from 4-8 pm. A free scoop of any flavor at Häagen-Dazs shops. The bummer is we don’t have one in Albuquerque but the Santa Fe Häagen-Dazs (56 East San Francisco St) and the Los Alamos location (800 Trinity Drive) are both participating. So this one’s for our northern readers or anyone heading up to the City Different or the Atomic City on May 10.

Comments Off on Individual BOGO and % off coupons from Entertainment(r)
You’ve seen the “Entertainment” books. The fat ones filled with coupons like buy-one-get-one-free dining coupons for your city. They’re usually sold as a fundraising event by earnest youngsters raising money for band camp and the like.
Problem was, you’d buy the darn thing and then a year would pass and you’d discover you’d only used a small fraction of the coveted coupons within. Argh.
Well Entertainment is experimenting with a new “a la carte” program. Now through February 28, you can log on to their website and purchase individual coupons for just 99-cents. These are the same great BOGO type coupons you’ve come to know and love, so even at a buck, this is a bargain. Who wouldn’t pay a dollar to get a coupon worth the price of a meal or even a latte?
A quick perusal of the coupons available for Albuquerque at the Entertainment site returned 262 results for dining alone. Other categories include “Shopping” and “Attractions.”
Definitely a path to cheap chow.
WHAT: 99-cent BOGO and “% off” coupons from Entertainment(r)
