Arby’s has a BOGO Free Reuben Sandwich coupon valid from March 15 – 17 at participating locations – get the coupon at this link.

Firehouse Subs St Patrick’s Day coupon gives you a free 32 ounce fountain drink and bag of chips when you buy a New York Steamer Sub on March 17 only.

Baskin-Robbins Coupon for $1 Off a medium or large frozen beverage until March 17. Also don’t forget about Baskin-Robbins BOGO Free Sundaes every Wednesday. Slurp down to Baskin-Robbins on Wednesdays until March 31 and when you buy one two-scoop sundae you’ll get another one free!

Albuquerque Restaurant Week continues until Sunday March 17, with dinner menus for a flat rate  – mostly at $20 or $30 per person, although Church Street Cafe in Old Town is serving up a super-bargain dinner at $25 for two people, which includes a glass of wine too! Dinners are usually three courses with several options in each course, and some restaurants also offer lunch menus.  Participating restaurants include Artichoke Cafe, Scalo, Lucia at Hotel Andaluz, Zinc Wine Bar & Bistro, Gold Street Caffe, Landry’s Seafood, Sandiago’s Mexican Grill at the Tramway and High Finance at the very t-o-p of the Tramway, and both locations of Jinja Bar & Bistro.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar event at the UNM Bookstore is free for all on Wednesday March 20 from 10 am – 11 am. Crawl along to the interactive reading with Very Hungry Caterpillar fruit refreshments courtesy of La Montanita Co-Op, and they’ll have take home crafts and activity sheets too. The University of New Mexico Bookstore is just in front of the main campus at 2301 Central Avenue NE.

O’Niell’s Irish Pub St. Patrick’s Day celebrations include the High Desert Pipes and Drums performing at both O’Niell’s locations at 7 pm tonight, March 15 and also on March 16. On St. Paddy’s day itself, March 17,  O’Niell’s opens early at 10 am, and the High Desert Pipes and Drums play at Nob Hill at 2 pm and 6 pm, and at O’Niell’s in the Heights at 1 pm and 7 pm. Kung Fu Cowboy Tea House Cafe BOGO Free Entree using the coupon. Get a free entree when you buy one entree and two drinks;  the coupon (via Premium Shopping Guide) is valid until March 31.  The same link gets you a 2 oz. of free tea (loose-leaf) when you buy 4 oz.  I’ve not tried this place yet, but the menu looks good, see it here. Scalo Wine & Dine Wednesday at 6:30 pm on February 27 serves up the flavors of Southern Italy, with a four course food and wine tasting menu including pan roasted Parmesan Chicken and butternut squash risotto for $27.50 per person, plus tax and tip. New Mexico Restaurant Week 2013

New Mexico Restaurant Week 2013 offering savings at fave restaurants in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Taos. Don’t be confused by the name though, as the Restaurant Week promotion actually runs over three weeks from February 24 to March 17. Who says we can’t count in New Mexico? Hmm, we may not count so well, but we eat FABULOUSLY, especially when it’s on the cheap!

The 2013 New Mexico Restaurant Week promotion offers multi-course menus for a flat rate, with several options in each course, including vegetarian choices at some restaurants.  Dinners are usually three courses, and some restaurants offer lunch menus too. Depending on the restaurant, dinners are priced at $20, $30, or $40 per person, and some restaurants will offer a super-bargain meal at $25 for two people.

It’s a great opportunity to eat out at some places you haven’t tried before, and the fixed price menus are especially good value at the more upscale places, compared to their regular à la carte menus. Reservations are heartily recommended where possible.  Participating hotels in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos are also offering special rates during Restaurant Week.

NM Restaurant Week 2013 runs in a different city each week.

Santa Fe Restaurant Week is from February 24 to March 3. Participating Santa Fe restaurants include Restaurant Martin (one of my favorites), The Compound, Geronimo, Anasazi Restaurant, Jambo Cafe, Blue Corn Cafe, the always lively Cowgirl BBQ, and both Plaza Cafe locations.

Taos Restaurant Week is from March 3 to March 10. Choices include El Meze, where Chef Fred Muller can be relied upon to serve up the sublime; Doc Martin’s Restaurant in the Taos Inn (I’m pleased to see their delish Chile Relleno is on the menu); El Monte Sagrado Resort and Spa, and The Gorge Bar & Grill, which is owned by the same folk who run Seasons/Zinc/Savoy in Albuquerque.

Albuquerque Restaurant Week is from March 10 to March 17. They’re saving the best till last, huh? Some of my fave participating restaurants include Artichoke Cafe, Scalo, Lucia at Hotel Andaluz, Zinc Wine Bar & Bistro, Gold Street Caffe, Sandiago’s Mexican Grill at the Tramway and High Finance at the very t-o-p of the Tramway, and both locations of Jinja Bar & Bistro.

Other restaurants are still joining the party, so no doubt there will be more options for dining on the cheap nearer the time. Some foodie and cooking events are also planned, although right now they are only listing Santa Fe cooking events, and I wouldn’t call them bargain basement, although they look like fun experiences.

For example, How to Make Gnocchi Like an Italian Grandmother (Feb 24) and How to Make Fresh Pasta (Feb 26), both at Terra Restaurant at the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado resort, and The Art of Making Empanadas at Anasazi Restaurant (Feb 26). These Santa Fe events all cost $20. I’m sorely tempted by the Sake Seminar and Tasting at Shohko Cafe on February 26, with admission at $18 and if you stay for dinner you get $5 off a bottle or a demi of sake.

Entertainment Book 2013 has a one-day sale today at $18 and free shipping on all city books. The coupons and mobile coupons are valid now through November 2013. Free Panda Express on Wednesday, February 13. Get a free single serving of Tangy Jumbo Shrimp when you print out the Panda Express coupon or show it on a mobile device at participating locations.

Pei Wei Buy-One-Get-One-Free Coupon Get a free serving of their new Black Pepper Chicken dish when you buy another entree. You have until February 15 to claim the coupon by watching a brief video about the new dish and then enter your email address, they send the coupon to you within one business day. (They say it’s a one-time use of your email, it won’t be added to their mailing list.)

Albuquerque Texas Roadhouse has a $39.99 Valentine’s Value for 2 people deal running February 13 to February 16. Sonic Drive-In is offering half-price footlong hot dogs on Groundhog Day, Saturday February 2, 2013.

I’ve just spotted this Burger King BOGO Free Whopper Coupon, which may be part of the Burger King celebration of 55 years of the Whopper sandwich.

The BK coupon via Coupons.com gives you a free Whopper sandwich when you buy another Whopper sandwich. Quantities may be limited, they often have a cap for these coupons, so grab yours sooner rather than later. I haven’t had chance to print it myself yet, but I believe the printable coupon is valid until at least March, 2013. So you don’t have to use it at once, just make sure you have it if you want it.

Don’t forget that the Chili’s coupons in their holiday promotion continue until December 24, for a different special offer each day such as kids eat free or a free appetizer or dessert when you buy an entree.
