Free spaghetti, ice-cream, Sonic Tots, and chocolate covered fruit – that makes it all healthy right? The piece of fruit? Plus Whole Foods and Quiznos coupons – some of these are time limited deals, so read on….

• Buca di Beppo is going for the record for the world’s largest bowl of pasta, and to celebrate their claim on carbohydrate fame, are giving away free spaghetti on Monday, March 15, 2010.  Purchase a Buca Small or a Buca Large pasta or entree, and get a portion of free spaghetti with your choice of meat sauce or marinara sauce. Valid for dine-in customers only (although you can box it up and take it home).
• Get a free medium order of Tots with the purchase of any SuperSonic Cheeseburger – this is a limited time Sonic deal, but they don’t say how limited…
• Drop into Edible Arrangements stores on Sunday March 14 to nibble a free piece of chocolate dipped fruit. Could be pineapple, banana, orange, strawberry…. but only one piece per person.

This week’s roundup includes Endless Fries and Pancakes at Denny’s, and offers from Domino’s, Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes, and Pizza Hut, plus a Glenlivet Scotch Dinner at Seasons.

Buca di Beppo: 
-  A free chocolate covered strawberry when you dine-in on February 14. No coupon needed, one strawberry per person, while supplies last. I’d make reservations.
- $10 off your purchase of $20 or more with this Buca di Beppo coupon valid till December 31, 2010. One coupon per visit per table, not valid with other offers. Print it out for dine in, or order at Buca to Go  using the coupon code at the link.

Village Inn – Get a coupon for a free slice of pie when you send a Valentine’s Day email or post a message to your sweetie’s Facebook page, using Village Inn’s online V-Day card making doohickey.
At the same link, you’ll also find a coupon for a buy one get one free slice of pie, expiring February 19.

Appelebee’s 2 for $20 deal (make it a date night) serves up one appetizer and two entrees for a flat $20.

Quiznos coupons give :
- A free sub when you buy a sub of equal or greater value and a regular fountain drink
- $1 off any Choose 2 Combo
Coupons are valid till February 21 at participating resaurants. One coupon per person, no delivery orders, and you can’t use with any other offer.

What the Heck is an Arepa?: New northeast restaurant Cafe Choroni specializes in Arepas. You may be asking yourself, like I did, what is that?! I’m willing to try it, and with the ValPak coupon, for a BOGO arepa, there is no excuse! Located on San Mateo and Candelaria.

Undiscovered Greatness: Recently winner of ABQ the Magazine’s “Best Undiscovered Restaurant” category is locally owned, Straight Up Pizza at 6501 Wyoming Blvd NE. A little research made my mouth water and stomach growl for one of their many pizza choices, they have close to 20 toppings!
