Albuquerque Isotopes are hitting it out of the park with a bunch of free baseball ticket promotions – take your pick to get a free ticket for yourself, or bring a pal or family member in the BOGO one free deals.

If you’re ready for a summer ballgame, here are some ways to score easy-on-the-budget deals to take family or friends to Isotopes Park:

FREE TICKET

  • Coca-Cola Ticket Offer:  Take four 20 oz. labels from any Coca-Cola product to get a free Reserved Level ticket, valid Monday toThursday on a non-restricted home game. You have to go to the Isotopes Park box office to secure this deal, and the offer isn’t good for exhibition or playoff games, nor for the restricted home dates on July 2 and 3, 2010.

BOGO FREE TICKET

  • Colosimo Sausage Ticket Offer: Take a Colosimo Sausage label to the Isotopes Park Box Office to get a free ticket when you buy a ticket, for Reserved Level only, valid for Monday to Thursday games. You have to go to the Isotopes Park box office to secure this deal, and the offer isn’t good for exhibition or playoff games, nor for the restricted home dates on July 2 and 3, 2010.
  • KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets: Take a KRAFT Singles package wrapper to the ballpark box office, buy one Reserved Level ticket for a Tuesday home game, and get one Reserved Level ticket free with the KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets promotion. Offer is good through September 2, 2010.

I first read the KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Ticket deal to mean it was a Singles Night – you know, get together with other baseball fans looking for a date? My mistake… You just have to like cheese. But who knows? Maybe we’ll start a matchmaking trend….

All ticket offers are subject to availability, and details of these (and a couple of other promotions) can be found at the Albuquerque Isotopes ticket offers page.

Thanks for the KRAFT Singles tip to our lovely reader Deb!

Last Chance: Isotopes Ticket Promotions

August 12, 2009 by Elizabeth

With the baseball season into the 9th inning and your ‘Topes leading the PCL American South Division, we thought it was a good time to remind you of all the ways you can still enjoy a day at the ballpark on the cheap.

We’ve told you before about the Isotopes swag promotions, and now (thanks to reader Bethany!) we’re going to tip you off to ways to take yourself out to the ballgame on the cheap. Behold, the Isotopes ticket promotions for 2009:

Way #1: Bring two 32-oz Powerade labels to the box office and exchange them for one Reserved Level ticket! According to Bethany, Powerade often goes on sale for as little as 69¢ each, so you can get an $11 ticket for less than a buck-and-a-half. Suh-weet! To save even more, Bethany recommends half-filling your own water bottles, freezing them, and then filling them up and bringing them to the park. That way, you won’t have to buy the pricey ballpark beverages.

Way #2: Bring a Colosimo Sausage label and get buy-one-get-one-free tickets at the Reserved Level. That gives you $5.50 reserved seats (not including the price of the sausage). And you can still do Bethany’s water bottle trick.

Note: The above offers are good only at the Isotopes Park Box Office. Not valid for exhibition or playoff games.

Way #3: Order through Ticketmaster for the PNM BOGO promotion. Follow the instructions on the page carefully and use promo code PNM09 to obtain buy-one-get-one-free Reserved Level tickets (up to 6 tickets total) to the August 24th game — but ya gotta order soon. This offer is only valid one week prior to game day and is not available online the day of the game. If you received a paper coupon from PNM, you can present it at the Isotopes Box Office up to one week prior to the game and purchase your BOGO Isotopes tickets that way. If ordering through Ticketmaster, convenience fees apply. Still a great deal!

Way #4: BOGO Tuesdays with Kraft cheese wrappers.

So get on out there and root, root, root for the home team! With cheap tickets like these, there’s no reason to stay home.

The Albuquerque Isotopes Park Box Office is located at 1601 Cesar Chavez SE. More info: 222-4058.

BOGO Isotopes Tickets on Tuesdays

Redeem a Kraft Singles wrapper for a free ticket with the purchase of a ticket at the Isotopes box office

Redeem a Kraft Singles wrapper for a free ticket with the purchase of a ticket at the Isotopes box office

The Albuquerque Isotopes have rolled out a cheesy new promotion. And we don’t mean that in a bad way.

From now through the end of the 2009 season, you can get buy-one-get-one-free tickets to any Tuesday home game simply by presenting a Kraft Singles wrapper at the box office window. That’s all there is to it! The acceptable wrappers are pictured above.

The promotion guidelines state you can redeem as many wrappers at a time as you want. For example, want 6 free tickets? Bring 6 wrappers. The guidelines don’t state what price point the BOGO tickets are available at. (Gotta love that grammar.) We suspect the offer is good only on Reserved Level tickets, but it would pay you to ask. (We were unable to reach anyone at the Isotopes box office to clarify this.)

Still, a great deal and a great way to get the whole family out to the ballpark to enjoy America’s pastime!

View the schedule to find remaining Tuesday home games and plan your outing.

The Albuquerque Isotopes play at Isotopes Park (otherwise known as The Lab), located in southeast Albuquerque at University Blvd SE and Avenida César Chávez.

As if simply getting out to the ballgame weren’t enough, the Albuquerque Isotopes have released their roster of 2009 promotions. This equals free swag for you. And you know how we love free.

We’re not going to recite the whole list here, but we’re happy to offer you some highlights:

  • Free fleece blanket night
  • 50-cent hotdog night (Dude, we are so there!)
  • Isotopes hat night
  • Pennant day
  • Beanie Bear day
  • Baseball card night
  • Mini-bat night
  • Orbit bobblehead night

And that’s not even mentioning some fantastic entertainment promotions, including a pre-game concert by Beatlemania Again, the ever-popular Myron Noodleman, and scads of fireworks nights.

Of course, the ‘Topes themselves provide great entertainment value for the dollar, with Berm seating running just $6 per ticket (advance purchase) and Club Level tickets running $22 (advanced purchase.) You can save even more by purchasing season tickets. The ‘Topes offer a variety of “season” packages to suit any budget.

So, take yourself (and your kids) out to the ballgame this year and enjoy some Albuquerque Isotopes baseball. Cracker Jack optional.
