Reader Special: Live Comedy Two-For-One Tickets

Mention ABQ on the Cheap to get two tickets for the price of one to see nationally touring comics Freddy Charles, Rusty ‘Z’, and Scotty Goff this month. Regular tickets are $15 each, so that makes double the chuckles when you get TWO tickets for 15 smackeroonies.

Here’s the line up for this deal, offered by the Church of Sex & Ice Cream (button my lip) hosted by Rev. Stephen ‘HAHA’ Hunt at the Inn at Rio Rancho on the next three Fridays in February 2010.
 
Freddy Charles:  Pro touring comic since 1987, writer and performer for TV/commercials including Show Time Comedy Club, and winner of Castle Rock Film Festival’s Best Screenplay in 2009.

Rusty ‘Z’:  Hypnotic-comic featured on A&E and Comedy Central, who’s put the ‘hip’ in hypnotist at clubs across the country.

Scotty Goff: Appeared at Laff’s Comedy Club, ABC’s America’s Funniest People, Ed McMahon’s Next BIG Star, and Que Locos on Telemundo. (Apparently there are also dinner and drink specials from Toro Bar & Grill before and during the show.)

These people all look utterly crazy – but that’s what you want from live comedy, isn’t it? After all, the ‘crazy choice’ is either pols or comics. Know which one I’d rather pay to see.
