FREE ADMISSION TO THE ALBUQUERQUE MUSEUM
Ah, the benefits of being an Albuquerquean: balloon viewing on the morning commute, Frontier cinnamon rolls and free admission to the Albuquerque Museum.
Yep, it’s true. You can get free general admission to the museum every Sunday from 9:00am – 1:00pm. That’s it; no catch.
But wait! That’s not all!
You can also get into the museum for free from 9:00am – 5:00pm on the first Wednesday of every month. Plus, on any old day of the week, you can get $1 off museum admission just by showing your valid New Mexico ID.
In addition to the permanent “Four Centuries” exhibit, there’s usually a rotating exhibit that’s included in the general admission. Right now, that’s the new work of painter Jane Abrams, an exhibition called “Feral Flora.”
So, culture up! Get yourself and your fam down for a free day at the museum.
