A Popejoy Hall promo code gives discounted tickets at a flat rate of $25 to all performances and all remaining seats for Cirque Mechanics Boom Town.

The Cirque Mechanics Boom Town show takes to the stage (and to the air) at Popejoy Hall this Friday October 29 and Saturday October 30 – both shows are at 8 pm.  Performers in Cirque Mechanics have previously worked with the likes of Cirque du Soleil and Moscow Circus, and the company’s last production (Birdhouse Factory) enjoyed a successful run on Broadway.

Boom Town is set in a small frontier town in 1865 in the middle of a gold rush. Expect feuding saloon owners, wild west brawls, romance, performers climbing up wobbly telegraph poles, dancing on chandeliers, and plenty of flying, flipping, jumping, and balancing on unlikely objects.

Tickets to Boom Town are priced $28 and $35 in the balcony, and $43 in orchestra/mezzanine seats.
***BUT you can now get all seats to all remaining performances for $25 when you use the promotion code: jump

The promo code applies to all ticket price levels - all seats are reduced to $25 - so you might as well pick the posh seats and save $18!

The coupon code works whether you book tickets for Boom Town online or by phone or in person at the box office.

To book your $25 ticket:

  • Buy Popejoy Tickets online or by phone or in person
  • Enter or mention the Promo Code: jump
  • For online sales: discounted price shows up *after* you’ve selected seats and continued to your basket.
  • A ticket office booking fee will also be applied at checkout
  • The code is good on both performances of Boom Town on October 29 and 30, 2010

Here’s a brief YouTube clip of Cirque Mechanics in action:

Popejoy Hall is on the UNM campus. A park-n-ride service runs from the “G” parking lot north of the main campus. Look for signs directing you to turn east off University just north of Lomas.
